Group of amateur cyclists from Montevideo. Recreational road rides on Mondays and Thursdays at 18:45 from the KØM bike shop. Their 2026 posts show social night rides, with lights, towards Salinas or Marindia, with the bunch riding at an even pace and nobody left behind. The group has a Strava club, which you join by request. It is worth checking their Instagram before going.

Group ride held every Thursday by Bici Club Uruguayo, a bike rental business in Montevideo. It is free and open to everyone, with a low level of physical effort, meant for riding in company and meeting people. If you have no bike you can rent one from the club. In rain it may move to another day. The club posts the details of each ride in the broadcast channel of its Instagram, so confirm there before going.

Road group ride that leaves every Saturday at 7:30 from the Trek Punta Carretas shop. The pace is easy for a road group, about 28-30 km/h on average. A road bike is needed, as the group is hard to follow on a mountain bike or a city bike. Many beginners take part and the group waits for riders who fall behind.
